11.00a.m. Dismounted workshops for relevant exercises and discussion
12.00p.m. A 45 minute 1-1 mounted session
1.00p.m. Lunch
2.00p.m. Dismounted 'summary-of-the-day' workshop with video feedback and a question and answer session
*If the session is shared, please allow time for individual mounted lessons. Spectators are allowed and encouraged!
2-Day Courses
A typical 2-day course: (Private)
Day 1:

11.00a.m. Dismounted workshops for relevant exercises and discussion
12.00.p.m. A 45 minute individual 1-1 mounted session
1.00p.m. Lunch
2.00p.m. Lunge demonstration - what can you see?
3.00p.m. Dismounted 'summary-of-the-day' workshop with a question and answer session.
Day 2:

11.00a.m. Dismounted workshops for relevant exercises and discussion
